Our Mission

Our mission at Catholic Women in Business is to provide Catholic women business owners, professionals, and leaders with the educational and spiritual resources they need to excel in their vocation to business. We are a community of women from all walks and stages of life who have come together to support and encourage one another toward virtue and excellence. We see business as a vehicle for evangelization and renewal within our Church, and we believe that as a community, we can bolster one another to set the world on fire.

    Interior Designer

    Berthe Emmanuella Antoine is an interior designer who fine tunes others on how to create beautiful habitations in Christ. Her rule of life has led her to launch INTERIOREM VITAM, a Catholic decor blog and boutique with a sleek and classic aesthetic. She is forever whisked away into the intricacies of hidden devotions and the silence of the interior life. She hopes to build a fruitful community around the brand’s mobile app.

    Amber Apple is a Digital Marketing Manager and writer.     Co-Founder and Consultant

    Sarah Battersby has a Bachelor's in English and a Master's in Social Work and has spent most of her career working with students and student-serving organizations. She currently works for the small consulting firm she co-owns. She loves reading, baking and discovering new things with her daughter. She lives in North Carolina with her family.

    Ann Burns is the founder of The Feminine Project, an organization dedicated to restoring the joy of womanhood. She is a writer and speaker, and strives to uphold what is truly good and beautiful. Most of all, she is a wife and mother, and loves to share the joy in living each day well.

  • Delphine Chui

    Writer, Editor, and Charity Founder

    Delphine Chui is an award-winning journalist, speaker and charity founder from London. A Catholic revert and former women’s magazine editor who experienced “cancel culture” for being publicly pro-life, she is passionate about learning and sharing how to be boldly Catholic in today’s world. She volunteers as CEO of her befriending charity, CareDogs, and is most active on Instagram and YouTube at @delphinediscusses or on LinkedIn and Twitter at @delphinechui.

  • Jacqueline Clovis

    Jacqueline Clovis

    Jacqueline Clovis is a certified life coach with a background in psychology and management. She empowers women and children to thrive through purpose, mindset, and well-being coaching all from a Catholic perspective.   • Alexandra Macey Davis

    Managing Editor

    Alexandra Macey Davis is a lawyer-turned-freelance writer and author and managing editor of Public Discourse. Most recently, she has written for Verily Magazine, Coffee + Crumbs, The Federalist, and FemCatholic, and she writes a monthly Substack letter called Chrism + Coffee, a call to find peace and rest in both the sacramental and the ordinary. Her first book, Pivot: The Nontraditional JD Careers Handbook, was published in 2023. She lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with her family.

  • Dr. Glory Enyninnaya

    Founder and Consultant

    Dr. Glory Enyinnaya is a management consultant who worked at Accenture before founding Kleos Advisory. She is a member of the faculty of Pan-Atlantic University in Nigeria. Glory is consecrated to Mary and serves as an official of the Legion of Mary in the Archdiocese of Lagos. She is a cooperator of Opus Dei and an Associate of the Society of the Holy Child Jesus.

  • Sarah Gagliano Taliun

    Genetics Professor

    Sarah is a genetics professor with many interests in addition to studying DNA. She and her husband now call Montreal home. When she is not reading a scientific article or meeting with students, Sarah can be found experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, reading her Bible or taking a walk in nature.

    Operational Strategist, Certified Director of Operations

    Megan Gephart is a Certified Director of Operations, professionally trained Mindset Coach, and Army Veteran who brings 11+ years of leadership in the military, public relations, entrepreneurship, and nonprofit sectors. Passionate about organizational change, she specializes in strategic planning, operations, leadership development and team growth as a Business Consultant with Apostolic Fruit. Megan is a wife and mother of three energetic boys.

    Natalie Hanemann

    Founder, Writer, and Editor

    Natalie Hanemann is the founder of Be/Wilder Writer, LLC, a company exploring the intersection of creativity, wilderness, and spirituality. Since 2000, Natalie has worked in book publishing as an acquisitions editor, developmental editor, and ghostwriter.     Coordinator of Student Activities and Career Services

    Alexandra (Alex) Harrel resides in Irving, Texas. She is a new student affairs professional within the world of higher education.     Career Coach

    Valentina Imhoff, MBA, is a career coach helping women encounter God through their work. She has lived and worked in six countries and has over 10 years of experience in a variety of industries.   • Rhode L. Jean-Alger

    Nurse and Spiritual Director

    Rhode L. Jean-Aleger was born and raised in Haiti. She has been married to Vorbes for the past 28 years and is the mother of three young adult children. She has MS degrees in Community Health Nursing and Public Health and is a Nurse Practitioner and Certified Spiritual Director. She is involved in the Homeless and Homebound ministry in her parish and is a retreat leader for the Haitian Community. Rhode founded the Jax Prayer Club in 2013.

  • Beth Anne Kaczmarczyk

    Bookkeeper

    Beth Anne Kaczmarczyk is a cradle Catholic who is passionate in helping others in her community with her husband through the Knights of Columbus.     Anna Saucier is a Holistic Leadership Coach and Certified Online Business Consultant, Certified Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner, and Certified Mindset Coach specializing in trauma-informed growth for women in business and ministry.   • Kate Walsh-Soucheray, Ed.D., LMFT, Emeritus

    Retired Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

    Dr. Kate Walsh-Soucheray taught high school religion in St. Paul, Minnesota and then became a licensed marriage and family therapist. She has master’s degrees in theology and marriage and family therapy, and a doctorate in educational leadership. Dr. Kate and her husband John have been married for 42 years and they have three, adult married children and six, soon to be seven, grandchildren. Dr. Kate is retired and writes and speaks for Catholics.

  • Tara Wright

    Senior Content Manager

    Tara is an artist, Marine wife, and happy Catholic. By day, Tara creates content for Sesame Workshop, the nonprofit force behind the beloved children’s show “Sesame Street.” She is the owner of Tara Wright Studio, where she specializes in custom art and illustration, and is co-founder of Scatter and Sow. After spending several years on the east coast, Tara and her family now call Oklahoma home.
